Where do I go to complete my return?

For Domestic U.S. return procedures click here to submit a return.

Once a return request is submitted and approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your return. There is a flat fee of $8 for all returns. If your return exceeds 30 days from the initial approval your return will be rejected and the customer will be required to pay the return shipping.

When will you post new arrivals?

New arrivals go live every Thursday!

When are you getting more of _____ in stock?

We do our absolute best to restock items that sell out! We try to reorder popular items but unfortunately, we are not always able to restock your favorites due to low manufacturer stock. If there is an item that you love that is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification and we will text you when your size/color is available to shop again!

Can I order if I live outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders receive free shipping over $200. For more information on shipping click here.

Do you accept Afterpay?

We do! If you select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout, your order total will be split into 4 equal payments and your card will be charged every 2 weeks! Buy now, wear now, pay later!

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders placed Monday- Friday before 2pm CT typically within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Holiday orders are processed as quickly as possible and may take up to 5 days to ship from our facility. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation email after your order has shipped.  

How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard US sizes unless otherwise stated in the product listing. We are working very hard to be size inclusive and believe beauty comes in all shapes and sizes! We will continue to find products with sizing that all of our customers can wear!

Can I exchange my item for a new size?

Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

What happens if my package is lost in transit? 

Please contact us here if you have not received your order and/or there hasn't been any updates on the tracking within 72 business hours of being sent the shipping confirmation email. We want to help you find your package and will submit a lost package request with USPS or UPS. Typically Blush is not liable for lost or stolen packages. 

How long will it take to process my return and receive my store credit?

Your return will be processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after arriving to our warehouse. Our customer service team will then send you a Typically Blush store credit that you can use on your next order.

 

Can I return my item for a refund?

We will happily accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise delivery. We do not currently accept returns on international orders. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. 

Does my store credit expire? 

Store credit issued for qualified returns or loyalty rewards expire after 60 days. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

Does my gift card expire? 

Typically Blush gift cards expire five years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are redeemable for cash during this expiration window.

 

I forgot to use my discount code, store credit or gift card while checking out. Can I be refunded? 

Unfortunately we are unable to apply discount codes, store credit or gifts cards on orders already placed. Please remember to add any discounts at checkout before confirming your order. 

 

Can I return leggings, bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, or hair accessories?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items because of hygienic reasons: bralettes, leggings, swimsuits, intimates, hair accessories or bodysuits.

Why is my item “not eligible for return?”

All marked down sale items, accessories, intimates, bodysuits are final sale. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased cannot be refunded.
